Cereal milk pie

If you’ve not experienced the joy of cereal milk in a sweet treat, then you’re in for a… well, treat, obviously. This pie kicks off my four-part pie series because the world needs more pie (or at least I do).

This cereal milk pie is creamy, sweet, salty, crunchy, allllll the things. But also, a bit, dare I say, unexpected.

It features a buttery cornflake crust, cereal milk custard, and a pile of whipped cream on top. The perfect cold dessert for summer, in a fun childhood twist.
