Homemade rosemary frozen yogurt
For when you want to feel fancy (but in an easy way)
I’m a fall gal through and through, but what makes me bow to this time of year? The abundance of fresh herbs.
A little basil here, some mint there, and LOADS of fresh rosemary, pretty please with extra rosemary on top. If you’re a fellow herbs-in-sweet-treats-loving human, you are in the right place.
This rosemary frozen yogurt wraps up my May froyo series in an herbalicious way. It has all the creamy simplicity of our Moose Tracks, salted vanilla pistachio, and cookie dough flavors, but with a unique spin.
The rosemary is steeped in the cream and milk before being whipped into ice cream. Which gives it a deep flavor that’ll make you feel like you’re at a fancy restaurant (you know the ones that serve simple things with a fun twist?), but it’s veryyy easy for you to do right at home.
I love it with a little flaky salt, but a healthy pour of homemade salted caramel never hurt nobody.
Tools you’ll need…
Go churn up some fanciness!
Tah tah,
