No-bake key lime dessert
When you’re craving pie without the oven
Honestly, anything key lime pie vibed is my go-to dessert as soon as warm weather hits. Like the way my body absolutely craves some citrus is almost wild.
Since so many of you loved my lime olive oil cake, I thought I’d share an even simpler key lime pie-inspired bake. Which obviously means it’s a no-bake dessert, and cool for the summer heat.
And the humidity this week has me FEARING what’s to come in July and August.
This no-bake key lime graham cracker dessert couldn’t be simpler - I mean, one of the layers is simply graham crackers (cause soggy grahams are a vibe iykyk - if not, trust me). We’re alternating them with a creamy key lime filling, finished with a cream cheese whipped cream.
When I tell you I had to get this out of the HOUSE, cause I kept going back for a little slice here, a little slice there. You’re gonna love it all warm-weather-long.
